Welcome to the return of the Hungry Holler Newsletter!
If you are interested in staying current on Co-op activities, please look for this seasonal publication throughout the year.
In this issue, we have some exciting announcements. Our retail space is expanding behind our frozen food department. We are simultaneously reviewing the products we currently stock and we’re very interested to hear from you which products you would like to see on our shelves. Please feel free to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. or add to our Co-op Wish List the next time you’re in the store. We value your input and will make room for as many suggestions as possible. Updates to our product selection may take a couple of months as some sections shrink to provide space and others grow to accommodate new items or returning favorites.
Also coming soon, Hungry Hollow Co-op is opening an ALL ORGANIC JUICE BAR! We will be offering fresh juices, smoothies and wheat grass shots. The juice bar will also be located behind the frozen food department. $2 off Juice Bar coupons are available and good through March 17th. Buy 10 Get One Free discounts will be available with our Frequent Buyer cards. Opening day will be announced on Facebook. Be sure to stop in opening week for your free taste of fresh juice or smoothie!
New Chip Readers Coming to the Co-op
Along with the other new arrivals, Hungry Hollow Co-op will be installing credit card chip readers. The chip readers, which are scheduled to be installed in early March, process all major credit cards. Hungry Hollow will also continue to accept gift cards, EBT (food stamps) cards and checks, all of which spare small stores like ours the credit card swiping fees. Hungry Hollow Co-op also has an ongoing offer of $10 off the purchase of a $250 gift card and $25 off a $500 gift card. Pick up your gift card and save with us today!
